体裁分析是语篇分析研究的新发展是语言学、社会学和心理学等多学科交叉活动的产物。本文运用体裁分析的理论和方法通过对一个由30篇书籍短评、30篇印刷广告、20封推销信和20封求职信组成的语料库的考察在定性、定量分析和对比研究的基础上归纳了商务促销类语篇构建上的共性和差异总结出上述四种语篇都属于促销体裁从而证实了体裁分析的核心是交际目的交际目的决定了体裁的存在形成了语篇的图式结构同时由于语境参数的不同属于同一体裁的不同语篇之间仍可存在某些差异。
